| The job will be to provide software support to users of our NetZoom software application; involves providing solutions to software-related problems and issues, in conjunction with Software Analysts. |
| Candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a small and dynamic team environment. |

2+ years of experience in technical support for software. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. |

At least 1+ years software application testing and QA experience. |

Knowledge of relational database (MS Access, SQL Server or Oracle). |

| Experience using Internet portals and working with Microsoft Products such as Windows XP, Vista, Office, Visio, databases, installers, hands-on experience with web site testing and QA..

| Software setup, Windows security, network and familiarity with data center infrastructure, operations and management. |
