How to Access NetZoom Web Services in Microsoft Office |
Each service is accessed through the Microsoft Office Research task pane. |

Use the main Office toolbar to launch the Research task pane. |

Select one of the available NetZoom Web Services from the list shown in the combo box. |

Now you can enter any term, which will search the NetZoom library. |

| Using NetZoom Research Services in Visio |
NetZoom's web services use a search interface that is similar to the standard NetZoom search palette. You can search by manufacturer and other criteria. You may also select how to view search results. |

Type in your search term and press Enter or click the arrow to search. |

Each result includes basic manufacturer and product information, as well as the shape style. With each shape, you can use the Actions button to open a Visio stencil or add a shape to your active workspace, for example. |

Note : Available actions vary based on which NetZoom service you are using. |

Note: To use a shape, you must open a Visio stencil and drag the shape from this stencil. |
