NetZoom 9 supports 32-Bit and 64-Bit Operating Systems.

NetZoom 9 supports Microsoft Visio 2010 and Autodesk AutoCAD 2010.

NetZoom 9 comes with the all – in – one complete NetZoom library only.

All previous versions of NetZoom must be completely uninstalled before installing NetZoom 9.
- NetZoom 9 shapes can be used in any existing Microsoft Visio document.
- When a device is no longer offered by the manufacturer, we archive it's shape. When a shape is archived it is no longer available on media packs and is not downloaded with the Update All option in Smart Update. However archived shapes are available on our website and can be downloaded using the Live Search feature.

If you purchased a NetZoom Visio Stencil subscription, then you are not eligible to use NetZoom 9 products.
Upgrading to NetZoom 9 from a NetZoom Visio Stencil subscription may require an additional fee.
There are no refunds or exchanges on NetZoom 9 products.
