NetZoom is available as a renewable 12-month subscription that allows you to:
  Download free updates to your NetZoom library as often as you need
  Submit free shape requests
  Obtain free technical support
Single and Multi-User Packs

NetZoom can be purchased in single-user, five-user and ten-user packs or a combination thereof. Additionally, users that purchase five-user and ten-user packs can take advantage of discounted pricing.
Downloads and the NetZoom Media Pack

NetZoom 9 is available through Internet download and users may also purchase a Media Pack, a boxed copy that includes:
  DVD for installation
  DVD(s) with the latest shapes available for the library you selected
  NetZoom User Guide
  Two (2) additional quarterly updates shipped via DVD
